About
Blending genres and styles supported by his work as a percussionist and audio engineer throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Pierre Jax is an American composer working to write for Film and Television. Pierre currently studies Music Composition at The University of North Texas and works in and outside the college as an audio engineer- from helping students craft the best recitals at Recording Services (UNT), to working festivals and live sound for Epicenter Productions.

Pierre first began in audio writing and working with the fields of audio. Specifically focusing on recording and production, he works across the metroplex gaining insight into connecting the dots of idea to sound to product.
Throughout these endevours Pierre continued working on the art of compositon and diversifiying his sound. Influences from percussion ensembles, new music, and electro-acoustic took root within his works.
Recently, Pierre has been working towards the final product stages- orchestrating, recording, and filming compositional ventures.
